While EliteDiGiGrow employs industry-leading AI tools and proven methodologies to achieve superior search rankings and digital growth, SEO and digital marketing are inherently subject to third-party algorithm updates (e.g., Google, Bing). As such, specific ranking positions or exact timelines cannot be legally guaranteed, though we provide transparent reporting and continuous optimization to maximize your return on investment.

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We bill for our ongoing agency services either upfront or on a monthly retainer basis, depending on the agreed-upon contract. Failure to maintain active payments may result in the suspension of digital marketing services or the withholding of campaign deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our digital marketing services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
